“We have been using Clement Heating & Air Conditioning since we purchased our home in 2014. Every spring they come out and service our AC & swamp cooler and we've used them for minor repairs over the years. This weekend our AC quit working completely and the repair is definitely on the major side. Due to the unit's age, it was a quandary as to whether it'd be wiser to replace or repair. A large personal factor in that decision was that I recently found myself unemployed. Ken and Apryl answered all of our questions and provided us with great information and several options. They guided us to the decision to repair at this time. I'm sure they make more money from installs but I know 100% that I can count on them to be honest with me. We replaced the entire system and had them put some air purification devices in as well. We had a newborn baby and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for him.
