The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time with all the material they needed to complete the work. They went over the Generic generator and transfer switch in detail. They performed a function test and went over the interactions of the system and home. I had originally called Ready Power they came out at least 4 times and billed me each time they came even though I was covered under warranty from Generac. Ready Power never resolved or fixed any issues. I was frustrated and called Generac back and they gave me y’all’s phone number. I have shared your number to everyone I talk to about generators. Your staff was 10000% more knowledgeable and helpful then the other guys
