Highly recommend!I had an issue with a flickering light fixture and called another electrician who told me I needed to buy another light fixture. He charged me $175.00 for a service call. I called SouthernAir and Eric R. came out and told me I needed to get a light kit for the LED light. The LED light I had had a microchip that probably shorted out during one of our many power surges. Eric asked to see my electric panel and he showed me that it had significant corrosion. This made sense because I had water damage on that outside wall several years ago due to Hurricane Ida. Recently the SouthernAir team installed an upstairs a/c system with handler, new wall thermostat and outside unit, and replaced an outside circuit breaker system, all with surge protectors. The scheduling was perfect and timely from the start with Brandon evaluating the problem, Jeremy explaining in detail my purchase options, Michael and Dylan installing the units, Jacob, Tommy and Eric installing my circuit breaker and then a final inspection of the circuit breaker.
