“Existing customer totally angry and frustrated using them at my personal home, paid the deposit like usual. Told them they were coming behind another plumber left us with only hot water in the tub. Gave pictures as requested. They came and did no work and wanted to set up another appointment for another day for additional money. Dionne also shared the manual with the receptionist and they had everything they needed to fix. I forgot to call during the day they have not responded to messages every day, no one ever called. They have proven to no are not honest or trustworthy.

“I don't generally write positive reviews about people and companies that do work for me. Mostly negative ones when they do poor work. However, Audubon did a wonderful job painting our house. It took a while, mostly because of weather issues and because they found a lot more rotted wood than both they and I expected and that had to be addressed. Their price was fair. And when they had to adjust the price to take care of the additional rotted wood, the adjustment was fair also. Their carpenter was excellent and very friendly, as were many of their painters. And Audubon's owner was knowledgeable, easy to work with, out inspecting his people's work almost every day, and just a very nice man. I would definitely use Audubon again, and will when the time comes.“

“I reached out to Magee and Sons Master Plumbing and Heating after my home warranty company sent out another company. I had a clog in the main line. I spoke to ****** one evening and he was at my house the next day earlier than the projected time. He was thorough and professional and would not leave until my problem was resolved as promised. He called me the next day to make sure that I did not have any issues and guaranteed his work for thirty days.
