Excellent service. La Brian explains everything thoroughly. Alerts me to problems that might be on the horizon. Manages the repairs efficiently and the first time. Personable and knows his stuff! Super technician!
Came home from vacation to a broke down ac. Eric showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem. Talked with me about it and then did the work. Very professional and polite. I went ahead that day and signed back up for the maintenance program. Again, Eric came out. He was a pleasure to have back. Definitely recommend him and River City’s One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.
