Absolutely 100% pleased with Calloway & Sons! After we scheduled the appointment time, they kept me apprised of the status, and when Ryan was on his way, I received a text, email and a telephone call letting me know the status. He arrived, and he was both friendly and professional. He examined and tested the system and then cured the problem; all while letting me know exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I recommend you without reservation.
Great service! I had an issue with my upgraded thermostat not working properly. I called 3 different people, one being a large company to help and Noone could solve the problem. Turns out the upgraded thermostat was faulty. The large company didn't even try to troubleshoot and immediate quoted thousands to fix the main power unit in the attic. However Phillip came, listened to the problem I was having and immediately fixed it! Cost a fraction of what the larger company was trying to charge me. I definitely recommend this family-owned business to anyone!
