“What a wonderful experience durning a very tumultuous time. Our AC went out and tried to get it fixed through our "appliance insurance". They sent out a very inexperienced team that "fixed" a unit that wasn't broken. After 2 weeks of living with 90 degree heat and no help from American Home Shield we called Roy's Air Conditioning & Heating. They came out the very next day, determined the unit was over 20 years old and had given up the fight. They had it replaced in 24 hours! No hassle, great price and such professionalism with great customer service. We were so delighted with this company that we hired them to do a maintenance program. If you want the honest truth without a sales run around and to be treated with respect then this company is for you!!!!“
