I called Wednesday, January 10, 2024, to get someone out to check my ac unit because the heater was not working, and a cold front was headed this way. DJ arrived that afternoon to check it out and I was told that I needed a new ac unit because my unit was a hazard to operate. (2007 ac unit). He then setup an appointment for the next day, Thursday, January 11, 2024, for me to speak with their consultant Josh, to give me some options. After talking with Josh, I decided to get a new unit. I asked if I could get someone out for the next day to have the unit install due to the cold weather headed this way. The company made it possible, and the technicians and installers (Michael, Donaldo, Chad and Romalis) arrive at 8:15am Friday, January 12, 2024. They were very, professional, knowledgeable, did an awesome job. They cleaned up, made sure the system was running as expected. “I reached out to Magee and Sons Master Plumbing and Heating after my home warranty company sent out another company. I had a clog in the main line. I spoke to ****** one evening and he was at my house the next day earlier than the projected time. He was thorough and professional and would not leave until my problem was resolved as promised. He called me the next day to make sure that I did not have any issues and guaranteed his work for thirty days. “After waking up in the morning freezing, I found my heater not working. Don't you love that it happens on the coldest night when you need it to work?? I did a quick goog to see who was available for service the quickest. 10calls later, Pride was the the only one with same day service (that wasn't an "emergency call out"). George saved the day. He came out within 2 hours and fixed the issue quickly. 5 stars! Super friendly, easy to make an appointment, and quick service. Support local! Highly recommended“

“We have been using Clement Heating & Air Conditioning since we purchased our home in 2014. Every spring they come out and service our AC & swamp cooler and we've used them for minor repairs over the years. This weekend our AC quit working completely and the repair is definitely on the major side. Due to the unit's age, it was a quandary as to whether it'd be wiser to replace or repair. A large personal factor in that decision was that I recently found myself unemployed. Ken and Apryl answered all of our questions and provided us with great information and several options. They guided us to the decision to repair at this time. I'm sure they make more money from installs but I know 100% that I can count on them to be honest with me.
