The appointment process was smooth and they sent updates before arriving, which helped because I didn’t need to sit around all day waiting. The technician unclogged our bathtub drain and also noticed the stopper mechanism was damaged. He repaired both during the same visit which saved a lot of extra hassle later.
I had Roto-Rotter come out to my home and the technician claimed he couldn’t detect if I had a hot or cold water leak and he wouldn’t be able to turn my hot water heater off because he didn’t want to break the handle. I then called Beep Me Plumbing for a second opinion. That was the best decision I made!!!!!! Benny came out and was able to detect the leak and turn off the water heater. He walked me through every step of the process of what needed to be completed and was able to get the job done in one day. Beep Me Plumbing was great… Mr. Benny came out saw where the problem was and got to work…. We haven’t had a problem since…. I highly recommend Beep Me Plumbing… They came out and did the job after another company came and messed up everything and didn’t do the job right.
