Tri State Refrigeration is the best Thermo King store in the whole country. The shop was closed for a Labor Day holiday, but they came and opened it to sell a part. During a record-breaking heat wave advisory, despite a very busy workload, the techs took time to assure a unit was serviced and functional. A flawless repair was performed, with everything addressed and fixed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is great, always on time, keeps promises, and prices are responsible.
My APU failed me during the record-breaking heat wave advisory for this summer. Despite their very busy workload, Ryan and his techs took the time to assure that my unit was serviced and functional. These guys are the real deal!!
This shop is awesome! I had zero wait to get my Tripac fixed on a Monday afternoon. They got the repairs done right in a couple of hours. I would totally recommend this place. The streets to get to it are pretty tight though if you have a 53' reefer trailer. You'll definitely want your tandems all the way forward.
