Blake was the technician dispatched for my service call. He was outstanding and extremely detailed and professional. He explained everything and answered all of my questions prior to our agreement for the scope of work. I highly recommend Southern Air and Blake for any air-conditioning needs. They also offer plumbing and electrical services under their annual service contract. I have not used either of these services yet. My hope is that they are just as thorough as Blake is on the HVAC side.

Surgi's, now Southern Air, offers incredible customer service and warranties. The gentlemen who installed our system ran into complications with our house, the oldest part of which was built in 1905. They were here promptly at 830 am and did not leave until the ENTIRE job was complete at 1130 pm. When they left there was no trace. The system works impeccably. This is not the cheapest game in town but for a total HVAC system overhaul including ductwork, it is surely the best. These employees are very impressive.
