We had Branden Plaisance to come and readjust the air flow thru our newly installed duct work. We had unequal cooling in a couple of the rooms in the house. His suggestion to move some ducts further back on the plenum worked great in solving the issue. It definitely resolved the situation with satisfactory conditions. Much thanks to Branden’s input and work he did.
Bruce was very nice and professional. Unfortunately while he was attempting to read levels on the compressor he felt a shock and was unable to proceed. He called tge main office and it was determined that an electrician should check things out. The company electrician would not be available for two weeks. in the meantime, it was recommended that I turn off the unit until it could be checked out. I did not want to do that, so I had to sign a waiver. My electrician came out shortly thereafter, and he could find no electric current in that area or anywhere there should not have been one. we don’t know what could have happened to cause the shock that Bruce experienced....read full review
