Andrew came out promptly to get our AC working. He was very professional, thorough, and polite. I wouldn't think of having any other company besides Arlinghaus maintain and service our home systems!

Kevin is a really good and professional representative of Arlinghaus. He was very clear of what he was there to do and did not apply any pressure to buy anything. Great attitude doing his job and very informative explaining what he was doing and what services he could offer in order to get the most value and performance from my A/C unit. He didn't leave me hanging with no air over the Labor Day weekend instead he put on a temporary thermostat until the new one comes in. I would both recommend Kevin and Arlinghaus to anyone needing either a new A/C unit or maintenance on the A/C unit. Great job Kevin and thank you.

Jose worked hard to get our water heater repaired. He also advised maintenance tips going forward and advised he would discuss venting issue with management. He also advised he would look into water softener maintenance and gave us a tip on salt pellet maintenance. We look forward to working with Jose in the future.
