AJ has been our tech for years doing HVAC service and other work as needed. He is always super polite and willing to take the time to explain the work he is doing. Sean arrived with a smile and got right to inspecting our non-functional dishwasher. Discovered the issue quickly and fixed it effectively, then cleaned up and returned the dishwasher to normal operating conditions. Pleasure to have him serve us. Excellent!

I was referred to Nicely from a friend. He said he had a great experience. I called Nicely and Ken B. was at my home in short notice. Ken answered our questions about our furnace issues and was courteous and professional. It was as though I had known him for years. I will certainly be requesting Ken B. for any futures issues.
