I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“
