I was very impressed with this company called Zoom Drain. The were very professional in the involvement of clearing my laundry sink drain. They went beyond any plumber to find the clog and clear the drain. I want to thank online to Christian and his partner. You both are courteous and very impressive. You gotta try them! I had a laundry room drain backup just before Christmas. Alexandra, the owner, responded within 10 mins to my online request. They came out free of charge, evaluated the problem, gave me a very fair quote and did the work. They used a camera to show me the real problem, tree roots, they cleaned the main drain at the same time for a very fair price. They were clean, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I trusted them. Jeffry was great! Super professional and responsive. He helped with our sink and was totally up front with the issue. He offered to give us an estimate on a possible better set up for our sink with traps for our ceramics studio. Will definitely be calling them for all future plumbing issues!Service: Drain cleaning
