Unfortunately it was going to be a holiday weekend and they wouldn’t be able to fit us in until the following Tuesday. I explained that I had had knee replacement 1 week ago and this was the bathroom on the first floor that I needed to use also that we have been clients of Glenbrook for over 30 years, I trust them and didn’t want to try to find someone else to fix the problem The support staff answering the phone said she’d see what she could do. She called back shortly and said that she could get someone out later. We only had to wait about an hour before Tyler and Elias arrived. Tyler had been to our house previously and they were driving nearby so they stopped at our house on the way to their next job. I think they understood how difficult my situation was. They were friendly and efficient, problem solved, roots in the drain pipe rodded out in no time.“

We were able to schedule him and his crew rather quickly and they had the job done within two days. Our yard had zero mess and required no repairs (we've had it dug up before to deal with roots). The liner has a 70-year warranty so we won't need to do it again but I would 100% call Felix any time I had a plumbing issue arise.
