Josh came out within the hour and figured out the reason was due to tenant using “flushable wipes” and they were blocking the pipe causing a back pressure issue…. We now have it written that tenants can only use TP nothing else or they will be responsible for all damages incurred. He was professional and proficient and got the water to stop flooding the first floor pretty quickly“
