They were several hours late, which was unfortunate for me since i dont normally work first shift and had gotten up early plus i had to repeatedly email my neighbors to tell them when the water was going to be off, but the reason they were late was to help another customer with a higher priority problem, which i thought was honest and admirable… read full review
Sami was a 10/10, exceptional help when our water heater broke. I called on a Saturday morning and he was at my house in an hour. He drained and exchanged my water heater within a couple of hours. He also gave me some pointers on another issue I had in our shower. I would highly recommend using his services!!
I reached out to multiple plumbers to fix my clogged kitchen sinks. I was promised someone would come, and then they became too busy with other jobs and never showed.
Sam was different. He answered on my first call and he came over to my house within a few hours and fixed the problem!
He is kind, responsive, easy to communicate with and an excellent plumber! Highly recommend!
