Tom Mahoney is a true good human - a real mensch. I had concerns about one of his associates recommending I run a space heater overnight in my crawl space to thaw a frozen pipe and requested he call me. It was after the office had closed, so I didn't expect an immediate response. Boy was I wrong - I was on the phone talking to Tom within four minutes.During the recent below-zero cold spell, I emailed Little Tommy's late in the evening when my sink wouldn't drain. Now, this is a huge nuisance but it's not a life-threatening emergency, and I assumed it would be a few days as there were probably people who had more pressing issues.
