“Service techs showed up quickly, gave me an estimate, started working right away. Had my sewer line unclogged and flowing after cleaning out the root in the drain. Next day another tech showed up with a camera to inspect the entire line to the street. Showed me where the roots were coming in within minutes. Great service. A little costly but they did discount the job upfront. But you couldn’t ask for much more they got the job done quickly. After watching them I was glad I hire them rather than renting one from HD. Without the power feed in and out I would have been there fighting it all day. Glad I called. Would definitely recommend them!“

Michael was so professional, with impeccable decorum, turns out Michael had been in the AirForce & it showed! Starting with the initial phone call to Gracey who couldn’t have been more helpful with my many questions about my 31 year old Rheem hot water tank! Within minutes I had a fair estimate and a convenient appointment scheduled!! On the day of the install I was notified when Michael & Jessie were on their way! When they arrived in their clean, nicely decorated van and well dressed in their uniforms!
Both were very polite and very informative to my questions! They were not bothered by me watching them throughout the install ! But when that unit finally gave up the ghost, they were able to send someone out to give us a quote for replacement HVAC on a Monday, and had a crew out to the house at 7am the next day for installation. “We had our water heater go out on Thanksgiving Day. We had a contract with another provider in the area who didn’t have our size water heater in stock and with the storm, no one was available until Monday. I called Aquaduct’s emergency line and received a call back within 5 minutes on a Saturday. After waiting almost two days, they were able to come out within 2 hours and provide a honest quote with breakdown that was easy to understand. We are canceling our contract with the other provider.
