Karl Strittar and Raven Sheldon were extremely helpful and professional. They walked us through the analysis of the issue and kept us up to date throughout the process. They had to work outside on a cold rainy day to fix our broken sewer pipe. They were cold, wet and covered with mud by the end. But they got us back in working order and we couldn't be happier. After scheduling an appointment you will receive a appointment confirmation, the name and a picture of the plumber who will be serving you and a notification when we are on the way. We will greet you at your door wearing a uniform, place an entry mat in your doorway to wipe our feet and set our tools. We will wear boot covers to keep your floors clean and layout protection in work areas . We will look at the issue (diagnostics separate), provide you with an up front price for the repair with options when available and in most cases resolve the issue the same day. As a paperless company your invoice will be emailed.
