Had Tim come out to do work on furnace and was very nice and knowledgeable. We were faithful customers of Conro before the owner retired. Great to know his son now works for J&R. It has to be a great company if employees from Conro work for them (and have for 5 years). We now have a HVAC company we will rely on. Thank you
I called J&R for a plugged refrigerator water line. They were fast to respond to our request. J&R did a great job communicating and updating me on our appointment. David was the technician assigned to us.David ran a new water line to the refrigerator. He was prompt, professional, and courteous.. I will absolutely be called J&R back for all of our heating/cooling and plumbing needs in the future.
We had some problems with a clog in the sewer, Kevin was very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He took the time to explain to us what was wrong and fix it in a timely manner. He checked all the toilets and sinks in the house, as well as the drain cycle in the washing machine to make sure everything was running well. He found that one of the toilets was leaking and after checking it, he discovered that the bottom was broken. He recommended to buy a new one and gave us good advice on what brands and sizes were more adequate for our needs.
