Andrew was personable and professional. He did the inspection throughly and offered easy to understand answers to my questions. I would welcome him back for my next service call. He even liked and petted my dog.
My husband signed up for the service plan with Perfect Home Services several years ago. Not really knowing anything about the mechanics in the house, having someone come in twice a year to clean and check the HVAC systems is a godsend for me. Keo Vongdy was the technician who serviced the furnace today. He was neat, competent, and very personable. He explained that although he has only been with the company for brief period of time, he has ten years of experience in the business and enjoys working with Perfect. It was an exceptionally good experience for me. Thank you Perfect Home Services and thank you Keo.
The repair technician came out, accessed the problem and came back the next day to fix the plumbing issue. Brent Brown was courteous, professional and efficient. The company also honored the warranty of the previous company this repair was done under so I am very appreciative of that as well.
