Technician Drew responded promptly to our request to fix sump pump. He installed a new sump pump with battery back up. Drew was knowledgeable and professional and he communicated to us the details to fix our sump pump issue.

Bogdan was a delight, his customer service skills are top notch!!! He explained things in a way we completely understood and was very polite. Bogdan was efficiant and in a timely manor yet not rushing through the process. I will definately request him again!!!

I had Thomas and Nick out to my house for repairs and as always, they were very professional, explained everything they did and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. I’ve had no issues with anyone I’ve dealt with from the company. Even Corie the lady I talked to on the phone was great. I will continue to use TR Miller for any of my HVAC needs.
