Jason was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, conducted the work quickly and thoroughly and charged me exactly the cost of the estimate. He also provided insight and tools for what I can do if I have issues in the future. I'm very happy with the service I received.
As a contractor myself, I really appreciate working with companies that are reliable and take pride in their work. Aquaduct Plumbing, Heating & Air did a fantastic job. They were responsive, professional, and everything was done right the first time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, or my own clients. Thanks again!
We had Aquaduct come out to give us a second opinion when another company told us we needed to replace our capacitor, contactor, and had low output on our AC. Aquaduct was extremely responsive and honest and said that everything was working just fine. They spent time explaining everything to us and showing us the readings on our AC. The old company was trying to upsell us on a lot of things we did not need, and I found Aquaduct as a recommendation on a local moms group... I will be using them going forward and recommending them to others. Thank you again for the wonderful service!
