I had never even heard of a “sump pump doctor” before, but Dominick Lundy turned out to be exactly the specialist I needed. Our sump pump was technically working, but it was loud, running constantly, and the thunking was keeping me up at night after the recent heavy rains. When I called, Dominick spent a generous amount of time on the phone, walking me through what might be happening and my options for fixing it. Great experience! Proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Trying to trouble shoot my sump pump was a pain and I got the run around several times. Dominick changed that. House call and completely upgrade/install on the same day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
