I needed a whole new back up system in place after old pump and backup failed with bad storms and extended power outage. The owner was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and explained everything. The installation was quick and efficient, and the owner displayed a functions check in the backup system and how to read the alarm codes on system. Highly recommended.
Absolutely blown away by Dominic’s kindness, service quality and integrity. My grandma is 97 and her basement has flooded several times leaving her with high anxiety over her sump pump.
