Our A/C stopped cooling on 7/7. I called after business hours and left a message. The technician came at 1pm the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor on the compressor. He had a capacitor with him and he got the unit back running in less than an hour. He also checked the refrigerant, which was fine. The tech was cordial, knowledgeable and efficient.
