Our A/C stopped cooling on 7/7. I called after business hours and left a message. The technician came at 1pm the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor on the compressor. He had a capacitor with him and he got the unit back running in less than an hour. He also checked the refrigerant, which was fine. The tech was cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. The office manager also let me use the $20 coupon posted on the website.
We had been scheduled for three weeks to have our air-conditioning unit replaced. Our air conditioner died four days prior to our installation date. The day of our Installation, I received a phone call from Keith saying we would have to reschedule because of a few unforeseen mishaps that happened over the weekend, our installation would have to be delayed. It was extremely hot outside and Keith said that he was going to do his best to get a technician to my house later that day.
