JC was our service person from Anderson and he said he could fix the handle without cutting the wall open. He fixed it quickly and saved us SO much money! He was very professional and explained everything the entire time. Such a great guy! They were immediate in responding to our call for service. “Acey is the best! I’m lucky to have found him - his number was already on the battery backup system when I bought the house and the thing lasted 5-6 years longer than it was supposed to. When it finally died, Acey came out and installed two new ejector pumps and a water power backup pump that I requested. I called a couple other places for quotes and they were either way higher or didn’t bother to reply after the first visit. Acey’s very professional, charges reasonable rates, and the jobsite was left cleaner than he found it! Really happy with the quality of pumps he brought and his professional install work!“

“Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“
