“We reached out to Aqua Flow for help with a slow draining toilet. Our technician was Randy and he was excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable as I explained the problem and what I had tried.

He diagnosed an issue with the toilet and recommended a replacement. Advised on brand and where I could get one if I wanted to do replace the toilet myself, as well as giving a fair price for Aqua Flow to replace the toilet.

I was worried about a possible blockage and he did not think that that was the cause but offered a was to check once the toilet had been pulled. He also offered options in the event that we needed to snake the drain.
