The TEAM of Jennifer, Matt, and Aidan were just above and beyond anything we have ever experienced! We have used Flamenco as our HVAC service provider for several years and they are always friendly, helpful, and professional! We just had a situation we're our AC went out in the evening. The real feel temp. was climbing to 112. Jennifer and Matt went into action! Accessing problem juggling schedule and had us back in service by 2:00 same day and all with a cheerful smile!!Thanks a million!The Brookers
Flameco is great. We are in our second house and even in 100 degree weather they found time to come out to our house the day we called. From our 40 year old furnace at our old house to our new ac at the new house, their knowledge and ability to explain the problems and come up with effective reasonably priced solutions is satisfying.
When our air conditioner motor stopped working on a hot Saturday night we were apprehensive about calling for weekend service. But Matt from Flameco had a new motor and capacitor installed within an hour of me posting for recommendations on Facebook. Very prompt and reasonably priced. We love supporting local family owned businesses, and this one is tops. We will definitely be using them again.
