“I realized my AC was not working on Saturday, I had turned it off last week because it was cool. Of course the weekend is the worse time to have AC problems, but I sent a message anyway. He explained what could be the problem and systematically began to test a few things on the outside unit. It turned out to be something fairly simple and the part was in the mini-warehouse (the truck) so it was replaced quickly.
Everything that was done was explained and he asked me to stay and witness the testing procedure. I like when the technicians talk to you.
