Someone (a sweet lady, a live one, no AI) from the business called back soon afterwards. She explained that they could send someone out but there would be a fee to cover the added expense of a weekend service call. I totally understood so I opted to wait for today, Monday. The house was not yet hot inside. Jay showed up exactly at the time that was scheduled today. Wonderful !!<br>He explained what could be the problem and systematically began to test a few things on the outside unit. It turned out to be something fairly simple and the part was in the mini-warehouse (the truck) so it was replaced quickly.<br>Everything that was done was explained and he asked me to stay and witness the testing procedure.
