Josh was our technician and he did an amazing job ! First, he answered the phone at 11:00pm, then he diagnosed my problem over the phone (burned out ejector pump). He then offered to come out BEFORE his first appointment (he arrived here at 6:00am). Josh replaced the ejector pump with a superior ZOELLER 0.5 HP pump, then when I asked about my regular sump pump and back-up pump, he provided sound advice and a ballpark cost on the spot. I was so pleased with his service, I immediately called the office and made an appointment for Josh to replace my regular sump pumps.

I just had Josh with HT Strenger install two new 50 gallon hot water tanks in my house and I was very impressed with the care he took she his thorough explanations. I was looking for a new plumber since the company I had been using was bought out by a Hedge fund and I really wanted a local and responsive plumber. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs, as they actually lived up to their many positive comments in review websites.
