Conrad was my technician and he was absolutely wonderful. With a new house and a new baby it’s hard to have a workman in the house, but he made it easy. He listened to all my issues, answered all my questions, and solved problems that he wasn’t even there for! When he was at my house I noticed water on the floor in my furnace room (not why I called BMW) and right away he assessed the problem and fixed it that day! Not only that, I’ve had a weird bug thing going on in my house (had an exterminator over 2/3 times so far and it got better, but they still came back). While he was in my furnace room checking EVERYTHING, he noticed the bugs were coming from around the screws of my ejector pump top. I was amazed!! He sealed everything and let me tell you, NOT A SINGLE BUG SINCE! Not only did he do a great job, I was able to confidently walk away from him to tend to the baby and he even brought in my packages for me that came while he was here. Couldn’t be happier.
