Andrey did a fantastic job installing our sump pump. Our old pump was running nonstop but barely moving any water — he diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in plain terms, and had the new pump installed neatly in one visit. He tested it thoroughly before leaving, cleaned up after himself, and the price was fair. It's been running perfectly ever since — quiet and cycling normally. Honest advice, solid work. Highly recommend.
We recently hired Andrey to install a backup sump pump and a new water heater, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first call, he was responsive, punctual, and professional, no runaround, no vague estimates. He showed up when he said he would and got straight to work.
What really set Andrey apart was how much useful information he shared throughout the process. He walked us through why certain setups work better, what to watch for down the road, and how to get the most out of the new equipment. It never felt like a sales pitch, just genuine, knowledgeable advice from someone who clearly takes pride in doing the job right.

Andrey, the owner has been very responsive and is very knowledgable. so far I've gotten an ejector pump, sump pump and water heater replaces + a stuck drain and it's been good. he'll do pipe replacements too when some others don't do it. the price is a little higher than quotes i've gotten but within reason and so far does a pretty good job. warranty is shorter than some other places but seems fine for the work done.
