He inspected the system, including the outside unit and air filter, and replaced the blocked filter. He also tightened loose connections that could cause problems if ignored. Firstly, there is consistency. TDH techs are all good. But having the same one for 15 years is outstanding. Wally has installed our furnace, tankless hot water system, radiant heating in floor and ceiling. Secondly, the work Wally performs not only is outstanding but the details in laying out the radiant system is a thing of beauty. Shows the care that TDH puts into their service. Thirdly, is consulting on complex projects - TDH (Tim and Wally) did great work in consulting on the design. Few in Chicago would even quote on our needs for a tankless hot water and radiant heating. All of the recommendations worked out perfectly. For service Jacquie is always responsive - and on the few times over the years we’ve needed service she has been fast and very communicative. Highly recommend TDH for any HVAC needs.“

“5 stars are not enough. During the 4 hottest days a few weeks ago
Jamie and his excellent staff were there to rescue me and my 94 degree home. Tech was here in a timely fashion, found the problem, drove into Chicago to get the part and returned to complete the repair. Jamie kept me in the loop during the entire process, THANKS PRO TEMP OF WESTCHESTER. How about our
government (red or blue) contacting Jamie for some valued advice.“

“Our furnace went out in one of the coldest days of the year. We called our usual HVAC company we’ve used and no response. My husband called and texted I also called and texted. And till this day we have not received a callback. I called Kings Heating and Cooling they responded quickly and a technician was sent out within 20 minutes. Cole was polite and honest with us. He set us up with a sales rep. Who also came out the same night. Jordan was very personable, funny and he loved our dog Ozzie. We were given space heaters and our furnace was installed within 2 days. Technicians were also professional and respectful. We are very happy with our furnace and humidifier. Needless to say our old HVAC company is no longer on our contact list.
