Hector was the service technician that originally came to my home and noticed that I needed a new unit. He explained all of the hazards with my old unit and was very thorough with explaining the prices. My new unit was very reasonably priced and I did not feel as if I was being misled. “K&J Heating and Cooling is a GREAT company. I had called the week of the heatwave on Wednesday afternoon and the woman who answered the phone was so sweet! I had mentioned that I was mainly concerned about my dogs since my house was up to 86 degrees. They had confirmed a technician would be out between 9 and 12 the NEXT day. Even during the heatwave they were able to accommodate and make it happen!

The technician that came to my house was so nice! He updated me every step of the way and took the time to explain each option I had in detail. He stayed until he confirmed everything was working correctly. I really appreciated him for coming on such short notice especially while it was over 90 degrees outside.
