I had some problems with bad parts in my system and TDH took care of it. Great responsiveness from the scheduler Jackie and great job by the technician Mark who diagnosed the issues and took care of the installation of the replacement parts. I would highly recommend them . I find customer service is not very good these days but TDH is definitely the exception.
We already knew the system was leaking, it was very old and needed replacement. Wally went through options and picked a system based on our feedback and home measurements. Quote was timely, apt was set up (non-emergency) within 5 days, even tho there were Tstorms and a heatwave. It was a tight fit, in an old house. All was done professionally. Price was better than most. Quality was also better than most. Very Happy with Wally and TDH
I'd like to thank you, Wally and Jesus, for replacing my old AC and furnace with new ones in my house! They did a great job. They have a great character as well: talk less and do more! Sincerely appreciate their help!!!
