I previously utilized TDH's services for a prior condo I used to own when I needed my furnace replaced. Needless to say, I needed to utilize their services again to replace my furnace and central air for my current condo and was not disappointed. Because I had to travel out of State, they made an exception for me to install both on a Saturday at a specific time I needed to be present at the condo.
They arrived on time, worked till mid-afternoon, and finished the job with no issues. The price I received was less than the competitors and their service is 5 star exceptional.

Best Service - Best Technician
Firstly, there is consistency. TDH techs are all good. But having the same one for 15 years is outstanding. Wally has installed our furnace, tankless hot water system, radiant heating in floor and ceiling. Secondly, the work Wally performs not only is outstanding but the details in laying out the radiant system is a thing of beauty. Shows the care that TDH puts into their service. Thirdly, is consulting on complex projects - TDH (Tim and Wally) did great work in consulting on the design. Few in Chicago would even quote on our needs for a tankless hot water and radiant heating. Look no further. We've had TDH install a full mini split system and replace our boiler. Both times absolutely outstanding service. Wojtek truly knows what he's doing and I'd trust him to do surgery. Could not recommend more highly.
