We already knew the system was leaking, it was very old and needed replacement. Wally went through options and picked a system based on our feedback and home measurements. Quote was timely, apt was set up (non-emergency) within 5 days, even tho there were Tstorms and a heatwave. It was a tight fit, in an old house. All was done professionally. I previously utilized TDH's services for a prior condo I used to own when I needed my furnace replaced. Needless to say, I needed to utilize their services again to replace my furnace and central air for my current condo and was not disappointed. Because I had to travel out of State, they made an exception for me to install both on a Saturday at a specific time I needed to be present at the condo.
They arrived on time, worked till mid-afternoon, and finished the job with no issues. The price I received was less than the competitors and their service is 5 star exceptional.
