I recently needed to call Steve regarding the cooling system. Although the AC system was near the end of a 5 year warranty, Steve responded quickly and did not hesitate to honor the warranty. It turned out the AC system he had installed (nearly 5 years ago) was fine, and I was just ignorant of the circuit breakers. But Steve was very helpful - he checked everything, taught me where all the relevant controls are and how to change the air filter. AND he also fixed a latch In the attic so that it would be easier for me to go up there to change the filter- - this was above and beyond service!

“Russ and Eric were the best! Jim was also very kind when I spoke to him on the phone and he was able to fit us in same day on a Saturday afternoon. We had a shower cartridge replaced and the previous owner installed the handle upside down so they installed it the correct way which made the job more difficult but they wanted us to have things the proper way. Russ and Eric educated us on the correct way to turn the water back on as well so sediment isn’t dislodged. They were very kind, calm and professional. Prices seemed fair as well.
