“I had the most pleasant experience getting my furnace repaired by Sergio. Sergio and his team are very professional and they truly care about their customers. He explained everything that he was doing including the reasons why. He was very educational. He was able to order original parts for my furnace in less than a day and he came in the next day to repair my furnace. The previous owner of my home had the blower/motor replaced with off-market parts and it was missing even missing some screws. Sergio even provided extra screws on my new blower/motor to ensure safety. He even gave advice on putting carbon monoxide alarms around it as well as using a more efficient air filter. You can really tell that he cares about the safety of his customers unlike other companies out there. Thank you“

My experience began with Tomasz servicing my old HVAC and doing what he could to get me through the winter. He was super helpful and responsive. Eventually my HVAC failed and so I compared a few quotes and ultimately went with New Comfort and Tomasz for my new HVAC system as his attention to my needs, incredible patience, ability to explain all the details just blew me away. “I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“

“The first time we used Ceper Heating Mark came out at 8:00 at night to fix a leak in our radiant heat that was leaking water into our dining room. No one else would even look at it, he had it fixed in an hour!The second time another leak, in the basement this time, we had no heat, again he came out and fixed it in record time. While he was here he also taught my husband how to light our hot water tank that we thought was broken. We will never use any other company for our heating needs. Mark is remarkable!“

“For years, I've battled with bedroom humidifiers because the air gets so dry in winter with the little April Air humidifiers attached that run through the furnaces in our house.I learned of a different kind of April Air - a Power Humidifier - that provides much more humidity to your home and called an HVAC place to ask about it. They said they couldn't install due to space limitations and instead recommended a much more expensive Steam humidifier. I was a little suspect of the recommendation, so I called Midtown Mechanical to get another opinion.First, they explained that while a Steam humidifier might do the job, it is very costly AND there is a lot of maintenance and expense in upkeep, which is an immediate "no" in my book.Second, they said that they can make the Power Humidifier fit, even though the space was small.Third, they explained that since humidity rises, much like heat, it would be beneficial to install one power humidifier for EACH furnace (two in total), which the other company never mentioned.We scheduled a few days out and the team came on time and they were very courteous. They spent hours at my house (due to the space limitations, it took some time!) and they installed two (one for each furnace).Their service was great. Their price was reasonable -- for TWO power humidifiers, they were only a slightly more expensive than the other company was for ONE power humidifier. And, the humidity is amazing. (And, I've called since to ask a question about humidity levels and they patiently helped me and said if i had any questions or issues, they would be happy to help.)I'd highly recommend these guys for any HVAC work you have.“

“The guys were knowledgeable in their profession. I think the price per pound for the coolant was a lil steep, especially after searching the internet for the cost of the same coolant and the container size they were supplying it from, 1lb charged almost cost as much as the the entire container they supplied it from.They scheduled quickly and came at the time they said. If needed I would consider using them again and probably recommend the company. But if coolant is needed I may shop prices.“
