They were amazing to work with. Came in a pinch. Pricing was reasonable for both an AC and furnace replacement. Very respectful of my household very thorough with set up and explanation of service intervals. Would definitely recommend them.

Our A/C stopped working on July 20, 2026. At 6:30AM on July 21, 2026, we called King Heating and Cooling and left a message regarding our A/C. At 8:30AM we received a call from Dennis Landis, Senior Service Tech/Comfort Consultant, stating he was 30 minutes away from our home. Mr. Landis was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, he answered all our questions, and helped us pick the right size unit for our home.
On July 22, 2026, at approximately 8:30AM, the installers arrived to install our new furnace and A/C unit. The installers were professional, courteous, tidy, and efficient.

Santiago was very accommodating and explained what he was doing and why.
They came out an hour after I called for the service, can't beat that. My first time using King, and will call again. The woman who answered the phone in Frankfort also very polite and helpful.
