They were able to not only diagnose the electrical problem over the phone and were willing to get someone out within an hour, they were just as willing to cancel the appointment when they helped me identify the problem was on ComEd. Rates are reasonable for electrical services and they were happy to help save us money when it turned out their over-the-phone diagnosis was correct. And as long as they were at it, they installed a kitchen faucet that i bought because it was hard to get the old one to stop water flowing.
