I reached out to Jeff regarding some water pressure issues at my house in Wicker Park. He replied quickly and we scheduled a time to review the issue in person. After evaluating water pressure loss at various fixtures he determined that the issue was most likely the valve at the main inlet to my home or one of the valves from the city at curbside. He changed the valve at the main inlet and determined it wasn't completely open. We don't know 100% that this is the issue, but we have to start somewhere. We reached out online on a Sunday for a shower cartridge issue. We received an email that evening confirming that they should be able to help early in the week. We received a prompt touchpoint on Monday AM for an afternoon visit from Jeff. He was on time, informative, and walked us through all our options and explained ahead of time the potential costs of each. Lucky for us, the cheapest and easiest option worked and he quickly fixed our problem.
