“I have nothing but good things to say about HWHR Chicago. My water heater unexpectedly starting making horrific noises on a weekend in the middle of the night. I called HWHR the very next morning. Jim was lightning fast in responding to me. Not even two days later, Jim and team were able to come out and replace my heater before something went wrong. Outside of excellent communication, Jim answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Furthermore, as a condo building resident, Jim was respectful of all HOA rules and kept common areas clean/undamaged when moving tools and the old heater out of the building. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received (especially given the heater location, which is difficult to access). Basically, Jim took an anxiety-inducing nightmare and resolved it in a matter of about 2.5 hours. Thank you HWHR and Jim! I will definitely be calling back for all my water heater needs.“

“I had a great experience with Brilliant Plumbers! I had a shower valve and several shut off valves replaced in my condo. It required the building to have the water shut-off for only a 4 hour period so, the work had to be done quickly. Not only was the job done well but he had time to spare! Not to mention that the plumbers for our HOA were so impressed that they tried to hire my plumber! LOL! Anyway, I am really happy with the work that was done and I highly reccomend!“

“Eric did a great job fixing all three issues I had. He knew right away what the problems were and why I couldn't figure them out myself. He was knowledgeable, polite, and communication was great. The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. I'd much rather pay extra for a company that hires licensed/certified people than go with a cheaper place that does unreliable, half-baked work. Would definitely use again.“

Our regular plumber tried auguring but was unable to fix it.We then called a sewer specialist who charged us several hundred dollars to clear roots from the front which did not solve the problem. A second trip yielded an huge estimate on a completely different part of the system.Enter Grayson. They were knowledgeable and had a good grasp about what could be the problem before they even came. They arrived the next day and did a thorough evaluation of the sewer system. Using a camera, they were able to pinpoint the problem and solve it. It’s the company not interested in your business— not going to make them money and/or you’re a pain-in-the-@ss customer. One bad review was the guy blowing a stop sign— If I have a busted pipe flooding my kitchen ceiling, I want someone to safely blow a stop sign and get here“

It was a big project and they did a phenomenal job! From the beginning they showed extensive knowledge and experience in this type of repair. Bert also showed interest in understanding the real issue in order to recommend the best approach and provide us with an accurate cost for the work. Kevin came out on the early side of the appointment, took his shoes off before coming in the house without me asking and replaced the valve within 15 minutes.
