They explained to us what they did and why we needed additional services for example the jet cleaning. The prices are not as high as other companies and can finance a project. I called because I had a clogged toilet at a rental but my tenant had just moved in and got it working again. They agreed not to charge me a service call. In this day and age it is very rare that a company is this honest and would do that. That is how you get good reviews and build loyalty. I will be sure to call them the next time I have an issue :)”

He wrote a valid report of the problem for my insurance company at no extra charge. He was excellent. He is an old time, no frills, can do it all plumber. We need more like him.
