“My water heater failed in the middle of the night by spewing steam and leaking into its drip pan. The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“

“We needed our kitchen sink rodded and another plumber said it could not be done because we didn’t have an access point (which has been rodded before!! And this (was only way home warranty would cover per that plumber). After almost canceling warranty they sent you guys for. 2nd opinion even after escalation dept closed my claim. I explained my situation that I was a residential with a business need, and also that my daughter could not go to work because of the current situation, and with a new job on the 8th as a police officer......

It was imperative that we had this problem solved so that my daughter could go to work clean her first day.
