We called Drain & Plumbing Services when our usual plumber couldn't make it out soon enough. Saw the good reviews but still, one never knows what to expect. I can say that we were very satisfied with the service. Very professional and very reasonable pricing. Would definitely use again.
Fantastic service and job well done. Joe came out right at 9 a.m. From making contact with the company along with text updates it was a perfect better than expected process.Joe addressed all my questions and helped replacement the pump and got us going again.Always scary when a basement pump dies out and all the moisture from the snow melting causing it to run more frequent.Will be very happy to tell others when in need to reach out.Once again less than 24 hours of making my appointment my issue was resolved. Thank you one more time.
Arrived on time and took the extra effort to do a great job (vs just enough to get it done). Glad I called and didn’t try to tackle the project myself. Will use again for future needs.
