Thank you so much J&S plumbing. It happened about 10pm on Wednesday night our hot water heater burst water was all over our basement. After an hour of cleaning up the basement I got online looking for quotes and J&S plumbing was the only company that called me and it was about 11:30pm to schedule someone to come out between 12 and 2pm on Thursday. Then at about 11:45am Shane and Tino showed up 2 great guys not only did they show up earlier than expected but they also came very prepared. They were professional and friendly they had the hot water heater installed and running in a little over an hour or so. I'm so grateful for the amazingly quick service I received from J & S! I called them on a Saturday morning for my backed up sink drain and the work was completed less than two hours later! I was given a flat rate over the phone (love that!) and that was the total price at time of completion - no haggling or extra fees. The guys were quick and courteous. The price for the sink rodding was $289. I've had it done for less, but I've also had other guys quote me double that price. For the ease, super fast service, and satisfactory work, it's well worth it.

We have been customers of J&S Plumbing for quite some time. We are impressed with their continued rapid response to our calls and plumbing issues. Today we called in for a leaking water pipe. Greg was the technician assigned and he took time to fully assess the situation and communicated his findings with us. He had to retrieve supplies to complete the repairs at the home office.
