He was prompt and thorough in his assessment, providing several photos and clearly explaining what he would be doing and how it was important to keeping our roof in good shape. He consulted us with any changes or updates. And, he came out quickly, within a week of us signing the work proposal. I have been having health issues because of toxins and need special IV therapy depending on my symptoms. I am here to leave another review about John! I have got many piercings here (I think 6?). John is very knowledgeable, takes time to inform you and talk to you. He analyzes your anatomy to make sure the piercing will work for you. Any question you have he will give you an answer. He also has so many helpful tips and makes sure you know the information before you leave. I drive over an hour to get here and I will never go anywhere else.
I needed to replace a pedestal sink. Their technician Caden identified the problem with the existing sink, which could not be corrected, referred me to a supplier where we ordered a replacement, and did the new installation. Staff at the supplier were very helpful as well. The sink was delivered right to C & K. Turnaround was timely. Caden did a great job with the install, taking care not to damage the wall. There was no charge until after the install. A great experience with this company.
Chris fixed the leak in our older tub and bathroom. We are not quite ready to do a full bathroom remodel. This fix will get us to when we are ready for the remodel.

Rerouted our plumbing for a 1/2 bath and washer/dryer stack remodel that required very specific locations. Nate and his guys did the work quickly for a very reasonable price with minimal patch work required. Several months out and no leaks. Accurate quote before work started. Added stud guards to both sides of the wall which undoubtedly saved the cabinet installer from flooding my home. Highly recommended.
Mark and his staff installed a utility sink in our home they did quick, concise work. They went out of their way to be as quiet as they could be due to a person with noise sensitivity in the home. They were polite and personable in all of their interactions - HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!
Had a septic pump and problems over a weekend. They said they would take care of us. We had to get tanks pumped first, but let Clouser know when tanks were pumped and they were out here within a couple of hours. They coordinated back and forth with the electricians and got us taken care of. They have handled water heater issues in the past for us. Very prompt, courteous, and get the job done. We VERY much appreciate them.

We had an approximately 10 year old curtain cover over our slider that needed to be replaced. We liked the style and wanted to stick with the large panels. Lori came to our house within a week, took measurements. She provided samples for us to look at within a day, we had chosen the cloth within 3 days and placed the order. Install date was scheduled upon order and they were able to stick to the original timeline of the project. We had an event at our house that we wanted it installed beforehand.
We would not hesitate to reach out to them again for future projects.

We had Cyclone Contracting remodel our master bathroom. The process was easy from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The designers Jennie and Nikki were so helpful and very thorough. Every detail of the project was explained and all questions answered. They were very responsive to e-mails (and I sent a lot!!) Nathan, the project manager, was also very responsive (again, I sent a lot!!) and kept us informed of the timeline and any issues. He could be reached by phone or text and responded quickly and, if necessary, would just stop by the house. He checked on the progress frequently, so he was available to answer questions. Everyone on the Cyclone team from the the demo crew - Rodney (and I forgot the other gentleman's name) to the finishing crew - Paul (and others I forgot) were wonderful. The subcontactors - electric, plumbing, and drywallers were also very professional and courteous.Lori was involved with the project from start to finish. It is nice to have a point of contact in the office as well. The BuilderTrend site was such a useful tool. We could check on the timeline, pay invoices, look at photos of the progress, as well as see the signed contracts/estimates and drawings.We were very pleased with the end product! We are ready for Cyclone Contracting to work on our next project!
I've spent hours calling different companies trying to schedule a specific service for my home. The companies I called who didn't perform this service simply sent me on my way with a "good luck!" I called Jet Drain based on their good reviews. When I found out that they didnt perform the service I needed, I was prepared for them to just hang up.However the owner who answered my call spent a good amount of time providing names and numbers of companies that would be able to help me. He didn't have to do that, as I wasn't his customer, but he took time out of his day to help and he was kind and friendly while doing so. Dr Kurt Ven Helst is amazing first chiropractor I’ve been to since I was two years old that actually did what needed to be done and put my hip in place that has been out for years. I got to the point where I couldn’t hardly do 2000 steps a day to going on vacation with my daughter and doing 14,000 13,000 and 16,000 Steps in 3 days after just two visits. I highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable and compassionate care. I came to Ames Pet Hospital about a year ago after several bad experiences at another Ames vet clinic. I hesitated to make the change because of one of my pet's complicated medical history, but the last incident pushed me over the edge. I couldn't be happier with the switch. My pets are receiving wonderful care from Dr. Erin Peeler. She noticed that the previous vet had my epileptic dog on a flea and tick medicine that is known to cause seizures and immediately recommended another medication. More recently, Dr. Peeler helped us through our cat's sudden illness. She described the medical issues in language we could understand and gave us options for care. Ultimately, our cat's health condition was terminal so we put her down. The process was compassionate and peaceful. Dr. Peeler and the staff at Ames Pet Hospital are all good at their jobs and wonderful people, too.

Ana is the best power barre instructor-nobody compares! If you work or live further away, it can be hard to make week night classes work, so you are pretty limited to weekend classes, but the ones I am able to attend are the best.

Ames' little hidden gem for relaxation! I found this location about a year ago and have visited a few times. Scheduling is so easy online, the space is relaxing, and Laura does an excellent job at making you feel relaxed and comfortable!

Kristina gives an excellent massage. She listens carefully to what I want and makes sure I'm comfortable. She has strong hands, yet is gentle when needed. She is joyful in her work and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend Kristina!
Danielle is very knowledgeable in the muscles and systems of the body! She explains the things I was feeling as my massage went along and was happy to answer my questions. Her space was private, clean and calm. I will definitely be back!

I did not see Cassandra for chiropractic work (although I sometimes get that done too); I saw her only for deep tissue massage (90 minutes). First let me say that I've had over 100 massages with over 30 different practitioners over the past 20 years (in California mostly, but in various other states as well) and request deep tissue work every time. I've only had 3 masseuses in Ames so far, but Cassandra was clearly outstanding (I gave my two other masseuses here 2/5 stars). Not only was she experienced and skilled, she actively applied her knowledge to great effect during the massage - paying attention, investigating, and reacting. Cassandra used superior hand/finger techniques and I don't remember her ever using her elbows (which is a shortcut most masseuses resort to, but which is avoided by the "top 2%" of masseuses). If you are in Ames definitely look her up! I saw her in August of 2015; she was working at Family Chiropractic and Wellness at 2629 University Blvd, although she had just moved there recently.
Physical therapy was great. Staff is knowledgeable & friendly. There are a lot of machines to enable you to reach your rehabilitation goals. There is also a pool.
They’re really nice and took out the knots that hurt my neck :D! I recommend
