From the initial stages of the design and planning to the finishing details of the job site, they were diligent and precise. They were active and present on site. They were also knowledgeable and willing to take the time to make sure everyone was on the same page. I would highly recommend them for as a contractor and construction company.

I am a hospice nurse, and Troy, (I believe that's his name) came to the hospice house to cut a patient's hair. This was one of his biggest goals..to get his hair cut and look more presentable before he passed. Troy took his time, he treated him so nicely, and did a wonderful job for him. I was impressed with his kindness, professional demeanor and the compassion he showed to this man in his last days. It was truly a gift, and a bright light in our crazy world. Me and my roommates got some piercings from John today and it was truly the best experience. I have a ton of piercings but he went into such good detail with everything and was very in depth. He was also just such a nice person, very easy to talk to and we all had a great time.

Rerouted our plumbing for a 1/2 bath and washer/dryer stack remodel that required very specific locations. Nate and his guys did the work quickly for a very reasonable price with minimal patch work required. Several months out and no leaks. Accurate quote before work started. Added stud guards to both sides of the wall which undoubtedly saved the cabinet installer from flooding my home. Highly recommended.

Had a septic pump and problems over a weekend. They said they would take care of us. We had to get tanks pumped first, but let Clouser know when tanks were pumped and they were out here within a couple of hours. They coordinated back and forth with the electricians and got us taken care of. They have handled water heater issues in the past for us. Very prompt, courteous, and get the job done. We had Cyclone Contracting remodel our master bathroom. The process was easy from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The designers Jennie and Nikki were so helpful and very thorough. Every detail of the project was explained and all questions answered. They were very responsive to e-mails (and I sent a lot!!) Nathan, the project manager, was also very responsive (again, I sent a lot!!) and kept us informed of the timeline and any issues. He could be reached by phone or text and responded quickly and, if necessary, would just stop by the house. He checked on the progress frequently, so he was available to answer questions. Everyone on the Cyclone team from the the demo crew - Rodney (and I forgot the other gentleman's name) to the finishing crew - Paul (and others I forgot) were wonderful. The subcontactors - electric, plumbing, and drywallers were also very professional and courteous.Lori was involved with the project from start to finish. It is nice to have a point of contact in the office as well. The BuilderTrend site was such a useful tool. We could check on the timeline, pay invoices, look at photos of the progress, as well as see the signed contracts/estimates and drawings.We were very pleased with the end product! We are ready for Cyclone Contracting to work on our next project!
I've spent hours calling different companies trying to schedule a specific service for my home. The companies I called who didn't perform this service simply sent me on my way with a "good luck!" I called Jet Drain based on their good reviews. When I found out that they didnt perform the service I needed, I was prepared for them to just hang up.However the owner who answered my call spent a good amount of time providing names and numbers of companies that would be able to help me. He didn't have to do that, as I wasn't his customer, but he took time out of his day to help and he was kind and friendly while doing so. Dr Kurt Ven Helst is amazing first chiropractor I’ve been to since I was two years old that actually did what needed to be done and put my hip in place that has been out for years. I got to the point where I couldn’t hardly do 2000 steps a day to going on vacation with my daughter and doing 14,000 13,000 and 16,000 Steps in 3 days after just two visits. I highly recommend him.

He diagnosed our beloved kitty with a terminal condition and was so patient, kind and compassionate through the process of helping her cross the rainbow bridge. Ana is the best power barre instructor-nobody compares! If you work or live further away, it can be hard to make week night classes work, so you are pretty limited to weekend classes, but the ones I am able to attend are the best.

I did not see Cassandra for chiropractic work (although I sometimes get that done too); I saw her only for deep tissue massage (90 minutes). First let me say that I've had over 100 massages with over 30 different practitioners over the past 20 years (in California mostly, but in various other states as well) and request deep tissue work every time. I've only had 3 masseuses in Ames so far, but Cassandra was clearly outstanding (I gave my two other masseuses here 2/5 stars). Not only was she experienced and skilled, she actively applied her knowledge to great effect during the massage - paying attention, investigating, and reacting. Cassandra used superior hand/finger techniques and I don't remember her ever using her elbows (which is a shortcut most masseuses resort to, but which is avoided by the "top 2%" of masseuses). If you are in Ames definitely look her up! I saw her in August of 2015; she was working at Family Chiropractic and Wellness at 2629 University Blvd, although she had just moved there recently.

Physical therapy was great. Staff is knowledgeable & friendly. There are a lot of machines to enable you to reach your rehabilitation goals. There is also a pool.
Absolutely amazing experience! I was kindly greeted as I walked in and asked what service I wanted from a selection similar to a menu, moments after my foot massage began it was obvious my massage aunties were incredibly skilled. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere was clean and joyful. You could tell they enjoyed what they do by how good the massage felt - attention to detail, thoughtfulness, gentle yet strong— I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great massage!
