We were traveling through Iowa on a family vacation and they fit us in with a 15 min notice. Beyond that, they were super helpful and kind. The doctor took time to answer all our adult and kid questions. If we lived in the area, this would be our vet!
I started at Somerset when it first opened (11yrs ago?). Dr. Rivers and team have provided significant care for our three cats and a big, sweet and sensitive dog. This team coordinates whenever I have emergency situations that need the ISU hospital. I can't think of going anywhere else.
I want to say thank you to the staff for everything you did for my best friend Jaxson. You made my last moments with Jaxson memorable in more ways than you could imagine. Thank you for the professional care and in the end the compassion you showed.
