“Have been with them 10+ years and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I have had them in my basement at 8 pm after the office closed to make sure the problem wasn't in the house. I purchased a router from them that was having issues 2 years after purchase and they exchanged it no questions asked. They also set up the router so you can just go home and plug it in.”
“Never had a phone issue get fix easier! He made it easy and was great at communicating with me on what he was doing. Had my back glass on my iPhone 14 pro replaced after shattering it and it looks great! No other shop would do it around here and kept telling me to just get a new phone.”
“When I reflect on my experience with Global Reach what comes to mind is the small green gecko selling car insurance saying his company’s service is like being handed a toasted English muffin with strawberry jam. With Global Reach, not only do I have a website I really like, but my team is personable, enjoyable, responsive, and helpful. Their guidance is sound and trustworthy. The training of how to go in the back end of the website to add products or make changes was fabulous. It was presented clearly and in a way that made it easy to remember. Global Reach is stacked with highly skilled individuals who help with writing copy, digital marketing and boosting SEOs. And hosting? They have one person whose job is to monitor their servers and systems for leaks and breaches 24/7. Their office is even a secured facility. How lucky am I! As an online business owner, I’m being handed a toasted English muffin topped with strawberry jam. Would I hire Global Reach again? Absolutely!”
